Guarantee: Sunrise Tack would like to keep you completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, it may be returned in as new condition within 14 days for refund, credit or exchange. Shipping cost are not refundable. Saddles must not be ridden in. Bits are not returnable.
You must get return authorization from us via phone or email before you ship back an item to us or we will charge a restocking fee. For returned items sold with free shipping, you will receive a refund minus our shipping costs.

Backorders: Sunrise Tack attempts to keep the items listed on our web site in stock. However, if the particular size or color of the item you ordered is not in stock, we will backorder it and notify you via email. A charge will not appear on your card until the item is shipped and you may cancel the backorder at any time.
